Bridge of Hope (originally named Bridge) was founded in Columbus, Ohio, and originated in 1989 out of the need of a local pastor who wanted to provide support for some women in her congregation who desired freedom from homosexuality.
Bridge of Hope became a member ministry of Exodus International in 1993. Exodus closed its doors on June 20, 2013.
Bridge of Hope is now a member ministry of Hope for Wholeness Network since August 24, 2013. Hope for Wholeness can be reviewed at HopeforWholeness.org.
We continue to uphold the belief that the grace of Jesus Christ will make a difference in the lives of anyone struggling with same-gender attraction.
Since its inception, Bridge of Hope has desired to educate, motivate, and mobilize the body of Christ (the church) to become a safe, healing place for everyone.
